"I had been with tom Johnson for 20 years I recently purchased a new home and had insured it with him. State farm decided to send someone out to the house to take pictures of the roof from the outside. I was told blmy roof wasn't insurable and need to be fixed mind you at least 5 storm have come through since I was told and not 1 drop of water was in my attic. So I sent over all paper work tom Johnson requested to have the house insured. 1 month goes by and still no word from this incompetent agent I ended calling and finding put my home was no longer insured. I recommend use any other agent in the Chicago land area other than him he has no regard for anyone other than himself"
